01. My tracking number isn't working?

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact us for supporting.

02. Why didn't my order come in one package?

Our fulfillment centers are located in different locations all over the world. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once. They are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.

03. Are my payments secure?

Yes, it’s 100% Secure.

We use the PayPal payment gateways.

04. Do you offer Fast Shipping?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer express shipping at the moment.

05. Will I be charged VAT Taxes?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

06. How do I pay for my orders?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you.

All products are set in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

07. Which currency are you using on your website?

Our products are set in US Dollar. Fortunately, our system will automatically convert it for you, don’t worry!
